Support Services
Pediatric Client Health
We help you get the resources you need and support your parenting journey. Our resources and services help your family live their healthiest life.
We partner with the United Way of Stark County to implement the Strong Neighborhoods. Strong Families. Program. Our Community Health Workers are on-site supporting families at Gibbs Elementary, Franklin Elementary, and Alliance Preschool.
Why Enroll?
Our Community Health Workers (CHWs) support adolescents’ physical and emotional well-being by increasing access to well-child visits, ensuring timely immunizations, addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and strengthening family engagement through the ReadyRosie curriculum. These efforts reduce preventable illness, build resilience, and improve school attendance and academic outcomes.
